The registration deadline for active participation is 1 July 2026 (active participants can apply only after their abstract has been accepted), while those who will participate passively, i.e. only as members of the audience, should register no later than 1 September 2026. Registration is confirmed by paying the registration fee or the order form if the payer is a public institution.

- Discounts do not add up.
- Registration fee includes atttendance of the conference programme, the electronically published proceedings of abstracts and papers, refreshments during breaks and a certificate of attendance.
- The category of »students« includes undergraduate and postgraduate students with an active student status as well as the former students (graduates) of the UP Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Primorska, who are presenting at the conference their research work which was done during their studies at the Faculty, provided that no more than two years have passed since they defended their final thesis or final assignment.

An invoice for the paid registration fee will be issued and sent to you after the conference.
INFORMATION IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
Participants have the option of cancelling their registration by writing to the Faculty’s address (UP Faculty of Health Sciences, Polje 42, 6310 Izola, Slovenia) or to the e-mail address conference@fvz.upr.si.
In case of cancellation by 1 September 2026, the organizer shall fully reimburse the registration fee to the applicant. In case of cancellation by 10 September 2026, the organizer retains 30% of the paid registration fee. The paid registration fee is not refundable in case of cancelling registration after 10 September 2026.
If the registrant does not cancel her or his attendance in accordance with the above conditions, she or he will be issued an invoice for the registration fee by the conference organizer even if he or she does not attend the event.
