materials to final product, • specification of process design, final pilot
and clinical tests, • new food categories, new food ingredients and active
components, minimal processing technology, environmentally sustainable aspect,
new approaches to food safety, • functional food and food for special nutrition
purposes, • notification and authorisations of “novel food”, legal requirements
and EFSA guidance, • basic knowledge of the nutritional and health claims
legislation, labelling, declaration, food advertising and nutritional
information providing to consumer, • safe food use and ethical aspect of novel
foods.
