Description
• Movement skills (techniques) of individual track and field disciplines (sprint, rely races, high jump, long jump, shot put, ball throw) and different complex strength exercises
• Basic rules of tack and field disciplines
• Methodology of teaching basic track and field disciplines and complex strength exercises
• Introduction to factors limiting motor abilities and endurance and their contribution to performance in individual sports disciplines (basketball, handball, football, racket sports, martial arts and water related sports)
• Detailed understanding of movement characteristics using basic biomechanics
• Increase in exercise intensity based on biomechanical and physiological background
