7. Proteomics 8. Metabolomics 9. Selected topics of nutrigenomics and
nutrigenetics (as part of the laboratory work, the isolation of DNA from saliva
and the individual single nucleotide polymorphism will be analyzed;
additionally, the interpretation of the results and the nutritional plan
according to single nucleotide polymorphism will be prepared)
