Description
The contents of clinical training (CT) in a real clinical setting are carried out according to a set of nursing care interventions in the student’s cumulative folder.
1st section: Introducing students into clinical training. Presentation of learning base, work organization and learning objectives in the learning work environment. Introducing students to clinical environment and destigmatisazion. Presentation of organizational and learning documentation. Simulation examples of therapeutic communication and documentation of clinical cases.
2nd section: Implementation of clinical training in direct teaching environment. Connecting theory and practice the student recognizes mental disorders and learns to observe patients. Implementation: intervention of nursing care the process in patients with mental disorders. Implementation of therapeutic communication process of patients with mental disorders. Conducting case studies. Documenting activities. Reflection of experience with mentor and in the team
3rd section: Evaluation and assessment of effectiveness of clinical training and learning goals. Presentation of case study, assessment of acquired competences of the student.
