Within the multidisciplinary project “In a creative way to practical knowledge”, we (University of Primorska) participated with our partner SuperSok under the title “Smoothie for health”. With a brochure and an improved website, we informed about the nutritional and energy value, about the positive effects of bioactive substances in existing drinks. In addition, we developed new beverage formulations with bioactive substances from native plant species and promoted drinks with positive health effects.
