fat metabolism (dyslipidemia) 1.7 Malignancies and complications of treatment of
malignancies 1.8. Specificity of the diet of the newborn and infant 1.9
Congenital metabolic diseases 1.10 Obesity 1.11 At the end of the course, the
student is able to understand the individual disease processes and the role of
nutrition in the development of disease treatment and its treatment. 2.
NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT 2.1 Composition, use and analysis of a diet diary
(interview) 2.2 Understanding clinical assessment of nutritional status

3.1 Diet planning for an individual patient during hospital treatment 3.2
Nutrition plan on discharge from hospital 3.3 Diet counselling during outpatient
visits to patients 3.4 Dietary counselling for newborns and infants 3.5
Monitoring the course of the dietary treatment 3.6 Recording patient management
and co-creating medical records 3.7 At the end of the course, the student is
able to prepare an individual diet therapy program for each patient based on a
preliminary assessment of the patient’s condition and habits and on the
treatment program of the rest of the medical team. The course of the diet
therapy program is able to monitor and document.
