Projekt zasleduje dva poglavitna cilja:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span>\u00a0<\/span>Na izbranem vzorcu zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju bo projekt ugotovil prehranski status in preveril kazalnike metabolnega zdravja, vklju\u010dno s serumsko koncentracijo vitamina D ter izmeril oglji\u010dni odtis \u017eivil, ki jih zau\u017eijejo zaposleni na obrambnem podro\u010dju.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span>\u00a0<\/span>Na izbranem vzorcu s pomo\u010djo ankete in s pomo\u010djo kvalitativnih metod (intervju, fokusna skupina, dnevnik) bomo ugotovil, kak\u0161ne so prehranjevalne navade zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju, kaj vpliva na prehranske odlo\u010ditve zaposlenih in, kateri so zaviralni in spodbujevalni dejavniki zdravega trajnostnega prehranjevanja zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju.<\/p>\n<p>V skladu s temi ugotovitvami bomo na podlagi rezultatov pripravili priporo\u010dila in akcijski na\u010drt za spodbujanje bolj zdravega trajnostnega prehranjevanja zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju. Omenjene cilje bomo zasledovali v \u0161tirih fazah.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span>\u00a0<\/span>V prvi fazi \u017eelimo s pre\u010dno-prese\u010dno \u0161tudijo ugotoviti, kak\u0161no je stanje na podro\u010dju prehranjevanja zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju, pri \u010demer bomo ugotavljali prehranjevalne navade zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju in ocenili njihov vpliv na zdravje in okolje ter dobili vpogled v dejavnike, ki vplivajo na prehranske izbire, torej posameznikove prilo\u017enosti, zmo\u017enosti, motivacije in odnos do hrane, ter popisali znanje o prehrani.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span>\u00a0<\/span>V drugi fazi \u017eelimo s pre\u010dno-prese\u010dno \u0161tudijo, dodatno na podvzorcu ugotoviti, kak\u0161no je zdravstveno stanje zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju, kar bomo naslovili z antropometri\u010dnimi meritvami (sestava telesa) in meritvami izbranih parametrov v serumu (vitam D, magnezij, kalcij, \u017eelezo, antioksidativna kapaciteta, glukoza, celokupni, LDL in HDL holesterol, triacilgliceridi, CRP).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span>\u00a0<\/span>V tretji fazi \u017eelimo na podvzorcu, z bolj poglobljenimi kvalitativnimi pristopi (intervju, fokusna skupina, dnevnik) ugotoviti, kateri so zaviralni in spodbujevalni dejavniki zdravega trajnostnega prehranjevanja na mikro in mezo ravni, torej na individualni in na institucionalni ravni.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span>\u00a0<\/span>V zadnji (\u010detrti) fazi \u017eelimo na podlagi ugotovitev pripravili priporo\u010dila in akcijski na\u010drt ter jih diseminirati rezultate zainteresirani javnosti.<\/p>\n<p>S pomo\u010djo rezultatov projekta bo naro\u010dnik lahko na\u010drtoval in implementiral ustrezne spremembe na mirkro in mezo ravni, ki bodo pripomogle k bolj zdravemu trajnostnemu prehranjevanju zaposlenih na obrambnem podro\u010dju.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DURATION OF THE PROJECT: 1. 10. 2024 \u2013 30. 9. 2026 LEAD PARTNER:Faculty of Social Sciences, University of LjubljanaPROJECT PARTNERS:UP Faculty of Health SciencesTEAM AT UP FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES:Assoc.
