\u0160TARTUP – FOR THE PERFECT START OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u0160tartUP<\/strong> is a meet & greet event<\/strong> for ALL students <\/strong>of the University of Primorska to mark the start of the new academic year.<\/p>\n

It will take place on 7th October 2023, from 10 am, in the \u017dusterna Seaside Park.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the event, first-year students will get to know each other and meet senior students. Administrative and pedagogical staff of the University will also attend the event to network with UP students, which will give a special touch to the event.<\/p>\n

The location offers endless possibilities for lounging in the sun, so bring a picnic blanket<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0bath towel. We will take care of lunch<\/strong>. As we support\u00a0Zero Waste<\/strong>\u00a0management,\u00a0we encourage you to bring your own bottles and lunch box.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE EVENT?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

All the faculties<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0of the University of Primorska and\u00a0more than 40 local organisations, associations<\/u><\/strong>,\u00a0institutions, and companies<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0will present themselves and their\u00a0possibilities for extracurricular activities<\/strong> for UP students.\u00a0SportUP<\/strong>\u00a0(the official recreation service for UP students) will take care of the fun sports activities (badminton, zorbing, \u0161trbunk, …).<\/p>\n

Each stand has prepared a fun activity,<\/strong> which after successful completion will earn you a stamp on your “StartUP stamp collection card”.<\/p>\n
