Research in Kinesiology focuses on optimizing sport performance through applied projects. We study various approaches to enhance performance and ensure safety for both elite and recreational athletes. Additionally, we investigate the impact of physical activity on the health of different age groups. Our research also includes ergonomics, aiming to improve human well-being and health in both working and living environments. Moreover, a significant portion of our work is devoted to methodological research, which includes investigations of the validity, reproducibility, and applicability of various tests, measurement procedures, and methods used in kinesiological research and practice.<\/p>\n
