The field of research of physical education refers to the study of the problems of modern lifestyle and the development of children and adolescents in the aspect of physical activity and education. These problems are manifested in different ways, for example in the general decrease in the amount and intensity of physical activity of children and adolescents and in weight gain. It is important to monitor the development of motor competencies and the acquisition of physical skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the process of physical education, physical education teachers have a responsible task. They contribute to the quality of physical and motor development of children and youth through appropriately structured physical activity in schools and other educational institutions. They also promote the significance of properly developed motor and physical skills.
